3.銀行付匯，我還是按坐標杭州的回答，准備相關貿易合同，傭金協議（雙方蓋章或簽字），收款人信息等，具體的你可以問付款銀行
4.這個就是接受勞務方在國內，按規定繳納營業稅，然後與之相關的 城市維護建設稅，教育費附加和地方教育費附加，你可以選擇報稅的時候一起申報，或者去地稅窗口申報，填寫綜合申報表。

Ⅵ 支付國外傭金時，需要的資料有銷售合同，這封合同是買方和拿傭金方的簽的，還是買方和廠商簽的。
支付國外傭金所需要的合同，是付傭金的一方所簽。如果賣方的出口合同中的價格為含傭金價，那麼，賣方在出口收匯後，憑該合同和收匯水單，到銀行辦理支付傭金的手續。如果付傭金方是買方，那麼，買方就要拿著與收取傭金的中間商的付佣協議，到銀行辦理支付傭金的手續。
