Brief Introction
佣金一般是中间商因介绍交易或代买商品而获取的报酬。作为中间商因其有一定的贸易渠道,所以通过其开展交易已是国际贸易中的一种普遍做法。
佣金一般来说分为:明佣和暗佣。明佣是指在合同中已明确确定下来的佣金。暗佣是指在合同中没有表明,而由双方另行约定。佣金数额的计算一般按发票金额总值,即C.I.F.价格或C.F.R.价格乘以佣金率而得。但金额较大的也有按F.O.B.净价计佣的。

什么是:“SGS认证”?
SGS-瑞士通用公证行,成立于1878年,世界最大的认证机构之一。SGS集团是全球检验、鉴定、测试和认证服务的领导者和创新者,是公认的专业、质量和诚信的最高标准。
SGS创建于1878年,总部设在瑞士日内瓦,其遍布世界160多个国家的1000多个分支机构和360多间实验室,以及40000名雇员组成了SGS的全球服务网。 SGS于1991年正式来到中国,至今已取得了令人瞩目的成绩:建立了26个分支机构、20多个技术领先的实验室和近3000名训练有素的员工团队。
SGS是一家认证机构,它可以做管理体系认证诸如验厂,也可以做产品认证(可以发CE,GS证书),再则是化学测试。做SGS化学测试时间一般要7个工作日......
一般情况下,是指SGS的化学测试,也就是现在ROHS测试..只要提交样品,填写申请表就可以了。化学测试是按产品的原材料来区分的,一般是一种材料壹千多人民币。检验原因----许多国家实施"全面进口监管计划
"COMPREHESIVE IMPORT SUPERVISION SCHEME(CISS),这些国家的进口法规规定,进入这些国家的货物必须由SGS在出口供货国进行装船前检验。SGS介入的目的是协助CISS国家政府对海关和(或)外汇管理系统的管理。
实施CISS的国家包括:安哥拉、阿根廷、玻利维亚、布基那法索、布隆迪、柬埔寨、喀麦隆、中非、刚果共和国、象牙海岸、厄瓜多尔、几内亚、肯尼亚、马拉维、马里、毛里塔尼亚、墨西哥、巴拉圭、秘鲁、菲律宾、卢旺达、塞内加尔、刚果民主共和国、赞比亚。
办理SGS检验可按下列程序:
1、出口成交:出口商按正常的贸易程序与进口商达成出口交易,进口商再把有关这笔交易的情况通知本国的SGS联络办公室,同时通知出口商需请SGS-CSTC验货。SGS-CSTC收到进口国SGS联络办公室的通知(检验编号)后,传真(邮寄)给出口商一份注明"SGS检验编号"(I.O.NO.)和SGS-CSTC"ICN"编号的空白验货申请表(RFI),通知出口商提交单据,安排验货。
2、申请检验:为安排检验,出口商需填写带有SGS检验编号的验货申请表(RFI),连同下列单据一起传真(寄)给离验货地点最近的SGS-CSTC分公司。这些单据包括形式发票、形式装箱单及零备件清单、产品技术规格资料、样本、信用证、制造商测试报告(机器/设备)、制造商分析报告(化工/医药/石油/染料产品)、卫生证书(食品)、植物检疫证书(全部农产品)、厂检分析单(全部钢铁材料及其初级产品)。
所有提交给SGS-CSTC的单据均要注明SGS检验编号(此编号见验货申请表)。
在验货申请表上应列明供货商的详细资料,如联系人及联系电话、验货时间、验货地点等,以便SGS-CSTC与之联系,安排检验。
出口商须在检验日期的3个工作日前,把RFI 和上述单据交给SGS-CSTC分公司。
3、SGS-CTSG进行检验:由CISS国家法规要求的装船前检验,SGS-CSTC不向出口商收取任何费用。
4、SGS-CSTC出具证书所要求的最终文件。
SGS-CSTC完成检验后,出口商须按国别把最终文件分别传真(寄)给SGS-CSTC上海经济事务部(EAD)。所有提交给SGS-CSTC的文件都应注明SGS检验编号(此编号见验货申请表)。
5、如何获得SGS安全标签:如果出口商收到的信用证上要求"在出口商的发票上贴SGS安全标签"(Security lable)出口商可提交一份最终出口发票给最近的SGS-CSTC分公司,并去领取安全标签,或要求SGS-CSTC将安全标签邮寄给出口商。
请注意:只有在完成以上1-4程序后,SGS-CSTC才会签发安全标签。
