折扣和傭金

Brief Introction

傭金一般是中間商因介紹交易或代買商品而獲取的報酬。作為中間商因其有一定的貿易渠道，所以通過其開展交易已是國際貿易中的一種普遍做法。

傭金一般來說分為：明佣和暗佣。明佣是指在合同中已明確確定下來的傭金。暗佣是指在合同中沒有表明，而由雙方另行約定。傭金數額的計算一般按發票金額總值，即C.I.F.價格或C.F.R.價格乘以傭金率而得。但金額較大的也有按F.O.B.凈價計佣的。

折扣是指賣方按照商品的原價給買方以一定比率的價格減讓。折扣包括數量折扣、季節性折扣、特別折扣、額外折扣等。具體折扣數額或者比例的多少，應根據具體情況而定。當買賣雙方確定了折扣比例後，可在買賣合同中明確地表示出來。

什麼是：「SGS認證」?
SGS-瑞士通用公證行，成立於1878年，世界最大的認證機構之一。SGS集團是全球檢驗、鑒定、測試和認證服務的領導者和創新者，是公認的專業、質量和誠信的最高標准。
SGS創建於1878年,總部設在瑞士日內瓦,其遍布世界160多個國家的1000多個分支機構和360多間實驗室，以及40000名雇員組成了SGS的全球服務網。 SGS於1991年正式來到中國，至今已取得了令人矚目的成績：建立了26個分支機構、20多個技術領先的實驗室和近3000名訓練有素的員工團隊。
SGS是一家認證機構，它可以做管理體系認證諸如驗廠，也可以做產品認證(可以發CE，GS證書)，再則是化學測試。做SGS化學測試時間一般要7個工作日......
一般情況下，是指SGS的化學測試，也就是現在ROHS測試..只要提交樣品，填寫申請表就可以了。化學測試是按產品的原材料來區分的，一般是一種材料壹千多人民幣。檢驗原因----許多國家實施"全面進口監管計劃
"COMPREHESIVE IMPORT SUPERVISION SCHEME(CISS)，這些國家的進口法規規定，進入這些國家的貨物必須由SGS在出口供貨國進行裝船前檢驗。SGS介入的目的是協助CISS國家政府對海關和(或)外匯管理系統的管理。
實施CISS的國家包括：安哥拉、阿根廷、玻利維亞、布基那法索、蒲隆地、柬埔寨、喀麥隆、中非、剛果共和國、象牙海岸、厄瓜多、幾內亞、肯亞、馬拉維、馬里、茅利塔尼亞、墨西哥、巴拉圭、秘魯、菲律賓、盧安達、塞內加爾、剛果民主共和國、尚比亞。

辦理SGS檢驗可按下列程序：
1、出口成交:出口商按正常的貿易程序與進口商達成出口交易，進口商再把有關這筆交易的情況通知本國的SGS聯絡辦公室，同時通知出口商需請SGS-CSTC驗貨。SGS-CSTC收到進口國SGS聯絡辦公室的通知(檢驗編號)後，傳真(郵寄)給出口商一份註明"SGS檢驗編號"(I.O.NO.)和SGS-CSTC"ICN"編號的空白驗貨申請表(RFI)，通知出口商提交單據，安排驗貨。
2、申請檢驗:為安排檢驗，出口商需填寫帶有SGS檢驗編號的驗貨申請表(RFI)，連同下列單據一起傳真(寄)給離驗貨地點最近的SGS-CSTC分公司。這些單據包括形式發票、形式裝箱單及零備件清單、產品技術規格資料、樣本、信用證、製造商測試報告(機器/設備)、製造商分析報告(化工/醫葯/石油/染料產品)、衛生證書(食品)、植物檢疫證書(全部農產品)、廠檢分析單(全部鋼鐵材料及其初級產品)。
所有提交給SGS-CSTC的單據均要註明SGS檢驗編號(此編號見驗貨申請表)。
在驗貨申請表上應列明供貨商的詳細資料，如聯系人及聯系電話、驗貨時間、驗貨地點等，以便SGS-CSTC與之聯系，安排檢驗。
出口商須在檢驗日期的3個工作日前，把RFI 和上述單據交給SGS-CSTC分公司。
3、SGS-CTSG進行檢驗:由CISS國家法規要求的裝船前檢驗，SGS-CSTC不向出口商收取任何費用。
4、SGS-CSTC出具證書所要求的最終文件。
SGS-CSTC完成檢驗後，出口商須按國別把最終文件分別傳真(寄)給SGS-CSTC上海經濟事務部(EAD)。所有提交給SGS-CSTC的文件都應註明SGS檢驗編號(此編號見驗貨申請表)。
5、如何獲得SGS安全標簽:如果出口商收到的信用證上要求"在出口商的發票上貼SGS安全標簽"(Security lable)出口商可提交一份最終出口發票給最近的SGS-CSTC分公司，並去領取安全標簽，或要求SGS-CSTC將安全標簽郵寄給出口商。
請注意:只有在完成以上1－4程序後，SGS-CSTC才會簽發安全標簽。
